How to deliver your parcel to Meest-America’s office?
  • In order to have your parcel delivered to Meest-America’s office in Linden, NJ via our prepaid FedEx service, you need to do the following:

    1. Order FedEx label(s) by filling out FedEx Labels Order form on our website.
    2. Once you receive the label(s) and other documents:

    3. a) Fill out the Customs Declaration CN23
      b) fill out Shipper’s Agreement form for shipping by air only,
      c) enclose the documents in the envelope and attach it outside your box,
      d) write the Customs Declaration number on the box,
      e) keep the last (white) copy of the Declaration for your records,
      f) attach FedEx label to the box,
      g) write FedEx tracking number on the white copy of the Declaration for your records,
      h) take the parcel(s) to the nearest FedEx office,
      i) FedEx representative will accept the box from you at no charge, when he (she) sees our label on it.

    What we do when we receive your parcel(s)?
    1. As soon as we receive your parcel, we weigh it, and the invoice is created according to Meest-America’s website price information.
    2. We mail you our invoice for the cost of shipping from your address to the recipient’s address in the country of destination via regular mail.

    Payment method
    1. Once you receive our invoice, you can make a payment with your credit card using PayPal services thru the link on our home page to our e-mail address info@meest.us or via the phone 1800 288 9949.
    2. When mailing a check to us, please, always indicate the Declaration number or our order number on the check.
    3. You can track the status of your parcel on our website, using the Declaration number.
